Freshness preservation processing
真空 Vacuum
真空包裝能有效去除氧氣，防止油脂氧化而產生油耗味，特別適用於含有高脂肪的生鮮或乾燥寵物食品。對於生肉產品，真空包裝能防止在冷凍過程中產生凍燒，並延長冷藏保鮮期。
Vacuum packaging effectively removes oxygen to prevent fats from oxidizing and becoming rancid, making it especially suitable for high-fat fresh or dry pet food. For raw meat products, vacuum sealing prevents freezer burn and extends refrigerated shelf life.
適用食品：生鮮凍乾、生肉餅、風乾肉條、凍肉塊等。
Suitable Pet Food: Freeze-dried raw food, raw meat patties, jerky, frozen meat chunks, etc.
氮氣填充 Nitrogen Filling
這類產品通常口感酥脆，容易在運輸或儲存過程中碎裂。透過充填氮氣，袋子會膨脹形成緩衝保護，防止產品碎裂。同時，氮氣能隔絕氧氣，防止油脂氧化，保持產品的新鮮度和風味。
These products are typically crispy and can easily break during transport or storage. Nitrogen filling inflates the bag to create a protective cushion, preventing product breakage. Additionally, nitrogen displaces oxygen, preventing fat oxidation and preserving the product's freshness and flavor.
適用食品：膨化零食、脆片、餅乾等。

脫氧劑及乾燥劑
Oxygen Absorbers & Desiccants
脫氧劑適用於開封後無法一次吃完，需要長時間保存的袋裝飼料或零食。它能吸收袋內殘留的氧氣，防止食品氧化變質，延長產品的賞味期。乾燥劑能吸收水分，防止食品受潮軟化或發霉。兩種方式通常與密封包裝搭配使用，達到最佳保鮮效果。
Suitable for bagged kibble or treats that are not consumed in one sitting and require long-term storage. It absorbs residual oxygen in the bag to prevent food from oxidizing and spoiling, extending the best-before date. Suitable for moisture-sensitive products. It absorbs moisture to prevent food from becoming soggy or molding. Both methods are for supplementary preservation and are typically used with airtight packaging for best results.

高溫蒸煮
High-Temperature Steaming/Cooking
通常用於需要冷藏保存的寵物濕食產品。它能利用高溫蒸氣來加熱食品，殺滅大部分致病菌，延長產品在冷藏下的保質期，同時又不會因為過高的溫度而破壞食品的營養成分和風味。
This method is typically used for pet wet food products that require refrigeration. It uses high-temperature steam to heat the food, killing most pathogens and extending the product's shelf life under refrigeration, without destroying its nutritional content and flavor due to excessive heat.
適用食品：鮮食包、液態肉泥、寵物牛奶或羊奶、寵物湯包等需冷藏的產品。
Suitable Pet Food: Pet fresh food packs, liquid meat purees, pet milk or goat milk, pet soup packs, etc., that require refrigeration
高溫高壓滅菌
Retort Sterilizatio
在 121°C（約250°F）的高溫高壓下持續30分鐘左右，能徹底殺滅所有微生物及其孢子。此法可使產品達到「商業無菌」，能在常溫下長期保存，不需要冷藏。
It is typically performed at 121°C (about 250°F) for around 30 minutes under high pressure, which thoroughly kills all microorganisms and their spores. This method achieves "commercial sterility," allowing products to be stored at room temperature for extended periods without refrigeration.
適用食品：主食罐、肉泥包、副食餐包、軟包鮮食等
