Our R&D team develops a formula tailored to your needs, incorporating functional ingredients like taurine, turmeric, or vitamins to ensure balanced nutrition. Formulas can be customized to meet AAFCO or export country standards.

必要時進行穩定性測試、嗜口性測試或營養標示分析。

Initial samples are produced and sent for client evaluation. Upon request, palatability trials, stability testing, or nutritional analysis can be performed.

與客戶討論內包裝（條長、條數）、外包裝（袋型、彩盒）、標籤設計與印刷方式。若客戶無現成設計，我們也可協助安排設計服務。

We work with you to confirm inner packaging (stick size/quantity), outer packaging (bag style, box), label content, and printing methods. Design services are available if needed.

依據確認的配方與包裝規格提出正式報價，雙方簽訂OEM/ODM合約，明訂交期、生產量、驗收標準與保密條款。

Based on the finalized formula and packaging, we issue a formal quotation. An OEM agreement is signed outlining lead times, quantities, QC standards, and confidentiality terms.

依照配方採購認證原料，安排進料檢驗，並依合約排定生產時程。確保原料可追溯、符合品質規格。

Certified raw materials are sourced according to the formula, inspected upon receipt, and production is scheduled per contract. All materials are traceable and quality-assured.

於GMP標準廠區進行全自動生產流程，包括填充、封口、裝袋與殺菌處理。過程中每一環節皆由品管人員監控，並經過金屬檢測、重量檢測及隨機抽樣。

Production is carried out in a GMP-compliant facility using automated systems for filling, sealing, bagging, and sterilization. QA personnel oversee every stage, including metal detection, weight checking, and batch testing.

產品完成殺菌與冷卻後，進行外包裝裝袋，並依需求貼上品牌標籤與批號噴印，完成最終包裝流程。

After sterilization and cooling, products are placed into outer bags, labeled, and printed with batch numbers and expiry dates.

依據客戶與出口國要求，進行出貨前檢驗（如微生物、成分、外觀等），並提供檢驗報告。安排物流出貨至指定地點，可配合國內配送或出口報關。

Pre-shipment inspection is conducted (microbial, appearance, and content testing), with full reports provided. Shipping is arranged per your requirements, including domestic delivery or export documentation.

提供產品成分證明、COA、標籤格式保存、批次紀錄查詢，並接受客戶後續回饋，用於下次生產優化與新品開發。

We provide certificates of analysis (COA), label compliance files, production records, and accept client feedback for continuous improvement or new product development.
